Maintenance crew aboard the interplanetary hub station (name pending XD) need to perform all kinds of essential (and sometimes dangerous) tasks, whether it be assisting with any repairs and/or maintenance of ships which dock with the station, or carrying out maintenance both inside and outside the station itself; to aid with this all maintenance personal are kitted out with protective bodysuits that also double as space suits for whenever they need to go outside. These suits are designed to allow for good mobility, while also protecting the wearer from burns, corrosive substances, high voltage electricity and all manor of other hazards (and in the event of a sudden hull breach the suits nanotech helmet will automatically form around the wearers head, and switch on the suits emergency on board oxygen supply).

The suits also come with a built in harness for when personnel need to rappel down shafts, secure themselves into more heavy duty equipment, or tether themselves to each other during spacewalks, something which Jayden thought to demonstrate to Toki by unexpectedly picking up the small raccoon and clipping their harness to a nearby hook dangling on a chain. Although the harnesses do offer good full body support, they still give their wearers one hell of a wedgie every time they pull tight; a design flaw which the higherups don't seem to be in too much of a hurry to fix for some reason.
